We stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. No negatives. No complaints. Everything worked. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This place was quiet. When there was noise, it was due to rude guests that did not know any better. Not to inferior building construction. We will be back.

Our stay was in a 2 bedroom condo just after Thanksgiving. While the family room was one of the smaller we seen in a Hyatt Vacation Rental, it was so cozy and well designed that we didn’t mind a bit. There were four people in our party and the unit size was perfect. I would think that six might get a bit crowded. The layout was very flexible. (i.e. chairs with wheels, and tables that folded out for larger seating area) We were on the fourth floor, which is their highest floor. Our unit had huge, vaulted ceilings, with floor to ceiling windows. We had such a beautiful view and the windows let in so much light.

The hotel served starbucks coffee, hot chocolate, cider and tea throughout the day and evening. The kids loved making hot chocolate every time we came in from the snow. They also had a complimentary continental breakfast each morning.

The condo location was great. Just across the street from from the village center. The also have a shuttle that will take you around town. The staff was very nice and the units extremely clean. We made great use of the kitchen and only ate out once or twice.

I would certainly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time!

We stayed for 7 days in a two bed apartment. Both bedrooms were a decent size, the bathroom facilities excellent and the lounge/diner/kitchen area comfortable and fit for purpose. Storage space is good. Wifi works fine.

Coming from the UK, it was odd to have a stove top kettle, but that is of little consequence. Staff service was excellent and there was a generally very good atmosphere. Underground parking is convenient. The hotel is a little walk from the ski lifts but nothing compared to a typical European experience.

Breakfast is provided, however, this is the same from day to day. It is entirely fit for purpose and seems to work with guest sitting in or around reception or taking things back to their rooms. I liked that iced water was available in the corridor behind reception whenever.

I cannot criticise any aspect of the service received or quality of accommodation. I feel that having concentrating on skiing, there is much that I have missed in the area.
